Tobias Hoppe

Das bin ich:
Ich habe ein Oldtimer und genieße die Zeit mit meiner Familie im grünen. Außerdem bin ich glücklich verlobt und habe eine sechsjährige Tochter. Ich arbeite seit 2012 bei Bertrandt. Angefangen habe ich im Aerospace-Testing über Umweltsimulation Shaker-Testing und zuletzt in der Fahrzeugsicherheit. Seit fünf Jahren bin ich Betriebsratsvorsitzender.

Darum kandidiere ich für den Aufsichtsrat:
Mehr Transparenz, Gerechtigkeit und Respekt im Konzern ist mein Hauptanliegen. Entschlossen werde ich daran arbeiten, die Mitbestimmung im Konzern weiter zur Normalität zu entwickeln, damit so in Zukunft mehr Kolleg:innen den Mut haben bei Bertrandt sich aktiv in der Mitbestimmung einzubringen.

This is me:
I have an Oldtimer and enjoy spending time with my family in the countryside. Additionally, I am happily engaged and have a six-year-old daughter. I have been working at Bertrandt since 2012. I started in Aerospace Testing, then moved on to Environmental Simulation Shaker Testing, and most recently, I have been working in Vehicle Safety. For the past five years, I have served as the Works Council Chairman.

That's why I'm running for the Supervisory Board:
My primary concern is to bring more transparency, fairness, and respect to the corporation. I am determined to work towards making employee participation a more regular practice within the corporation, so that more colleagues will have the courage to actively participate in shaping the future of Bertrandt.
