Das bin ich:
Ich bin Ralf, Dipl.-Ing „FH“ Elektrotechnik, 55 Jahre jung und seit mehr als 10 Jahren bei Bertrandt als Entwicklungsingenieur in unterschiedlichen Bereichen tätig. Ich kenne somit auch Ursachen der Fluktuation in unserem Unternehmen und zahlreiche (auch ehemalige) MA. Zudem bin ich Ersatzmitglied im BR und auch als Sicherheitsbeauftragter am Standort Gaimersheim tätig.

Darum kandidiere ich für den Aufsichtsrat:
Ich möchte mich für mehr Transparenz bei den Unternehmensentscheidungen einsetzen. Zudem stehe ich für sichere Arbeitsplätze bei Bertrandt. Faire Gehälter und Löhne werden immer wichtiger, für mich ist ein Tarifvertrag diesbezüglich immer noch die beste Lösung und entschärft mit Sicherheit auch unsere hohe Fluktuation.

This is me:
I'm Ralf, a graduate engineer (FH) in electrical engineering, 55 years young, and have been working at Bertrandt for over 10 years as a development engineer in various areas.I am thus familiar with the causes of turnover in our company and have interacted with numerous current and former employees.Furthermore, I am a substitute member in the Works Council and also serve as the safety officer at the Gaimersheim location.

That's why I'm running for the Supervisory Board:
I want to advocate for more transparency in corporate decisions. Additionally, I stand for secure jobs at Bertrandt. Fair salaries and wages are becoming increasingly important, and for me, a collective bargaining agreement is still the best solution in this regard and will certainly help alleviate our high turnover.
