Das bin ich:
Als engagierte Mama eines Grundschülers bin ich immer in „Action“.  Durch die Tätigkeit als Betriebsrätin bin ich Zuhörer, Ratgeber und Unterstützer. Mit meiner Familie reise ich gern zum Strand oder auf abenteuerlichen Wegen in die Berge. Zu meinen Leidenschaften gehört das Fotografieren genauso und das Erklimmen von Leuchttürmen.

Darum kandidiere ich für den Aufsichtsrat:
Ich kandiere für den Aufsichtsrat, weil ich es unerlässlich finde, dass Arbeitnehmer in einem solchen Gremium Gehör finden und wichtige Entscheidungen beeinflussen können. Es ist für mich wichtig, dass dem Vorstand auf Augenhöhe Vorschläge gemacht werden und eine Kontrolle stattfindet. Das Ziel sollte es sein einen paritätischen Aufsichtsrat zu haben, damit die Stimmverteilung gleich ist.

This is me:
As a dedicated mother of an elementary school student, I'm always in action. Through my role as a works council member, I am a listener, advisor, and supporter. My family and I enjoy traveling to the beach or embarking on adventurous journeys to the mountains. Photography is one of my passions, as is climbing lighthouses.

That's why I'm running for the Supervisory Board:
I am running for the Supervisory Board because I consider it essential that employees have a voice in such a body and can influence important decisions. It's important to me that proposals are made to the executive board on an equal footing and that oversight occurs. The goal should be to have a balanced board of directors to ensure equal representation.
